We have special machines for this purpose. Repeated checking and constant supervision from our technicians help us for the best quality. We have 68 main machines for turning,54 machines for threading, milling, and drilling, these machines are automatic. We also have 6 machines for special operations which are fully automatic and 29 other machines for various purposes. We also have a workshop which has all the equipments for making various kinds of attachments, dies, jigs etc. And we also produce samples, pilot production here. We have various kinds of equipments for measuring the products such as micrometer, calipers, gauges, microscope, etc. We manufacture the components with standard and special tolerances depending on our customers. We also undertake jobs for development of new components as per drawing. In short we solely work with almost all possible equipments necessary for any metal or alloy and for any kind of job.
